David Dobie

David has been practicing nurse anesthesia since 2001. He received a Bachelor of Business administration in 1991 from the University of Southern Mississippi and continued on to receive his Bachelors of Nursing from William Carey University in 1994. After nursing school, David worked in the ED and ICU at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.

In 2001, David graduated from Charity Hospital School of Nurse Anesthesiology where he received his Masters of Science in Nurse Anesthesia. After leaving New Orleans, he worked for Boise Anesthesia for 4 years at St. Alphonsus Hospital. David went on to obtain his Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee in Memphis.

David was the chief CRNA at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center in Dyersburg, Tennessee for several years. In 2010, David moved back to his home state of Louisiana and has been employed fulltime by St. Tammany Parish Hospital ever since.
